FAQ
E28 is a private co-working space, and we offer only long-term monthly memberships. The space is available for our members always 24/7.
If you are looking for a short-term co-working space, we recommend our partner Maria 01 or the Oodi library.

Virtual office: Paid in advance for 6 months.
Flexible desk: One full calendar month termination period, one month security deposit.
Dedicated desk: Three full months termination period, three month security deposit.
Yes! We’re located in the heart of Kamppi, so you’re a few meters away from the Kamppi metro station. In addition to that, you can reach our office with tram lines 7 and 9 (Kampintori Station). If you come by bus, lines 20 and 30 stop only a few meters from E28
For visitors, there’s only (paid) street-side parking. Parking spaces are available in the garage for a monthly fee!
Yes, you can. We have a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and utensils

You don’t need to pay anything extra. You can use the E28 premises for free if you have an event like a workshop or a meetup. You can also host a personal event, such as a birthday party. The only request is that you take care of the cleaning afterwards
Yes, we do have a printer, scanner and copy machine. Printing and copying costs €0.50 per page.
Our building’s entrance is free of obstacles such as ladders, ensuring easy access for everyone. Additionally, our elevator is spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs comfortably
Yes, we do have one cabinet per workstation. In addition, you can rent storage space in the basement from €20/month.
We love having furry friends around! Just a small request: please ensure that your pet is friendly and won’t disturb others who are working. We want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease in our space. Looking forward to meeting your four-legged companion!
We only offer monthly memberships – this helps us to maintain secure, private community. We do not offer day passes. The invoicing period is a calendar month.
Flexible desks have 1-month termination period and 1-month security deposit.
Fixed desks have 3-month termination period and 3-month security deposit (same as in the master lease agreement).
The security deposit is invoiced before the contract starts, and returned when the contract ends given that all obligations have been fulfilled. The deposit amount is VAT 0% cost of the monthly fee + VAT.
